Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservation (firm booking) can be done by letter, e-mail or by fax. We confirm the booking & prices in writing. 

  2. Depending on the kind and the extent of the booking we may request a deposit and will propose the terms of payment. 

  3. In case of cancellation (written as fax or e-mail) up to 3 weeks before the agreed date of arrival there is no charge. Thereafter we will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following schedule.

    ..... up to 2 weeks before date of arrival:     25% of whole price

    ..... up to 1 week before date of arrival:       50% of whole price

    ..... later cancellations:                                75% of whole price

  4. We suggest to take out an insurance to cover cancellation costs.

  5. Our guests are not insured against accidents. The use of house, garden, pool and permanent or temporary inventory is at user`s own risk.
