The situation of the >Dame de Salema< on the top of a hill that faces south allows an unobstructed view of the sea, the village of Salema, and the surrounding hills with their typical mediterranean vegetation.
The house has 4 double-bedrooms(each with a bathroom en-suite) with a view of the sea and direct access to the swimming pool, a spacious living room cum dining room which has an open fireplace, a library and a TV, video and hi-fi set, and a well-equipped kitchen. The tiled barbecue area is directly accessible from the kitchen or the patio. An outside staircase leads to the flat roof, ideal for sunbathing.
For a larger group there is the possibility of an extra room also with bathroom en-suite.
The swimming
pool (11 by 5 metres) is ideal for swimming or a refreshing dip or playing
around when one does not want to go to the beach.
The garden
of the >Dame de Salema< abounds in typical vegetation of the Algarve, such
as pine trees, palm trees, yucca, aloe,agaves,hibiscus and bourgainville
bushes.The shadow of the trees allows a siesta to be rested for the
afternoon’s and evening’s activities.
